Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the daily functions of the organization to ensure efficient workflow and superior service delivery. Responsibilities include managing administrative operations, coordinating with teaching staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, streamlining processes, and implementing productivity improvement measures. The role involves direct communication with various stakeholders, problem-solving, and strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar.
Qualifications
- Operational and management skills, with experience in coordinating teams and improving workflow efficiency
- Problem-solving and strategic planning abilities to oversee administrative functions and drive operational success
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of educational services and familiarity with academic environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a managerial or operational role is advantageous
