Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Kolkata. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution of processes and optimize efficiency. The role includes managing staff, coordinating between different departments, implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, and monitoring key performance indicators. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be involved in resource allocation, ensuring compliance with the organization's policies, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including team coordination, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of Contracts, EOI, Govt Tenders, Corporate Proposals and Franchisee Agreement are must
- Proficiency in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Experience in managing diverse teams and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to identify and address challenges proactively with a solution-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an operational or management role, preferably in an educational institution
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and relevant software for documentation and communication
