Bagh Hospitality Group is a growing F&B and hospitality company based in Amritsar, currently operating The Bagh — a high-energy dining and bar space — and Tepah, an all-day café that transitions into a bar. Role Description | Restaurant / Operations Manager – The Bagh
We are looking for a strong Restaurant / Operations Manager to take complete ownership of The Bagh and manage the outlet end-to-end.
This role requires someone who can run the floor, manage people, drive revenue and ensure operational control across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the outlet
• Oversee service, guest experience and floor coordination
• Drive team discipline, grooming, training and performance
• Handle inventory, stock control, wastage and vendor coordination
• Ensure strict implementation of SOPs across service and operations
• Train team on service standards, product knowledge and upselling
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and overall experience
• Convert enquiries and walk-ins into event bookings and high-value business
• Work closely with founders to improve revenue, efficiency and team structure
• Maintain full control on ground — speed, execution and accountability
Qualifications
Must-have:
• Experience in star hotels OR top-tier standalone restaurants (mandatory)
• 4–8 years of experience in restaurant operations / management
• Proven experience managing full outlet operations and team
• Strong understanding of inventory control, SOPs and service standards
• Ability to handle guest experience, team issues and operational pressure
• High ownership mindset and strong decision-making ability
• Based in / willing to relocate to Amritsar (on-site role)
Preferred:
• Experience in premium dining / high-volume restaurants
• Strong commercial understanding (revenue, cost control, efficiency)
• Experience in training teams and building SOPs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who takes initiative and drives results independently
