TCS BPS is hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Cheque Processing operations. If you’re a seasoned leader with deep domain knowledge in payments and a passion for operational excellence, this role is for you.

📌 Process: Cheque Processing / Clearing / Item & Payments Processing
📌 Location: Indore/Mumbai
📌 Interview Mode: Virtual
🔷 What We’re Looking For
✅ 12–15 years of hands-on experience in Cheque Processing / Clearing / Item Processing and/or Payments Processing
✅ Strong people leadership skills with experience managing large teams
✅ Expertise in SLA tracking, performance monitoring, and contractual compliance
✅ Proven capability in client and stakeholder management
✅ Full-time graduate (10+2+3)
✅ Flexibility to work in any shifts
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔷 Mandatory Compliance Criteria
📄 Salary credits must be through bank accounts only with all previous employers (no cash-in-hand)
