Springboard Services is operationalising Carnival 365 — a 20,000 sq. m. recreational
theme park and leisure destination at CG City, Lucknow.
We are hiring a senior Operations Manager to own the complete technical operations of the
park.
What you'll lead:
→ End-to-end daily operational readiness of all park zones
→ Coordination with the Maintenance Engineer to ensure all mechanical rides, electrical
systems, and park infrastructure are safe, functional, and inspection-ready at all times
→ Implementation and enforcement of all safety protocols — pre-opening ride inspections,
fire safety readiness, visitor safety across all zones, first aid availability
→ Management and daily briefing of all zone supervisors, ride operators, housekeeping, and
security teams
→ Visitor flow management — queue control, crowd management, zone access, and
incident response
→ Strict compliance with mandatory regulations and all applicable statutory requirements
→ Coordination with the Marketing Manager on operational deployment for events, festivals,
and cultural programs.
→ Daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to central HQ — zone readiness, safety
status, staff performance, and compliance
What we are looking for:
✔ 8–12 years of experience in technical or facility operations; minimum 4–5 years in a senior
operational role
✔ Background in theme parks, amusement parks, adventure parks, large-format recreational
facilities, sports complexes, or industrial/plant operations management — essential
✔ Strong working knowledge of mechanical ride systems, electrical infrastructure, safety
audits, and large-scale facility management
✔ Demonstrated experience managing multi-zone operations with 40+ operational staff
across departments
✔ Familiar with relevant statutory and regulatory compliance frameworks
✔ Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or Operations
Management preferred
✔ Strong communicator in Hindi and English; available 7 days a week including events and
peak days
