Skorost United is looking for a highly reliable and disciplined Operations Manager / Chief of Staff who will work closely with the founder to ensure the organization runs smoothly on a daily basis.
This role is not about strategy or ideas; it is about execution, coordination, and making sure things actually get done properly and on time.
You will act as the central operational point of Skorost United, coordinating between coaches, academy operations, events, tournaments, parents, players, and management.
If the founder sets the direction, your job is to make sure the system runs and the plans are executed.
This is a high ownership role and will play a critical part in scaling the club.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
* Oversee daily operations of the football academy and club
* Ensure all sessions, schedules, and logistics run smoothly
* Track and manage coach schedules and responsibilities
* Coordinate between coaches, players, parents and management
Execution & Follow-ups
* Ensure decisions made by the founder are implemented
* Follow up on tasks across the team until completion
* Track action items and deadlines
* Maintain accountability within the team
Event & Tournament Coordination
* Help plan and execute tournaments, matches, and competitions
* Coordinate logistics for team travel, equipment, and schedules
* Ensure smooth operations during events
Communication & Coordination
* Manage operational communication between stakeholders
* Help organize information, updates, and announcements
* Support clear coordination across the club ecosystem
Process & Systems
* Build simple operational processes and systems
* Maintain documentation of tasks, schedules and responsibilities
* Improve efficiency in day-to-day club operations
Daily Tasks
* Coordinate with coaches regarding academy sessions
* Monitor operational WhatsApp groups and communication channels
* Track progress of ongoing tasks and follow up where required
* Handle logistical issues related to sessions, equipment or schedules
* Assist founder with operational decision execution
* Maintain operational checklists and task trackers
Weekly Responsibilities
* Plan and confirm session schedules with coaches
* Review academy operations and identify any issues
* Prepare weekly operational summary for the founder
* Coordinate upcoming matches, tournaments, and events
* Track pending tasks and ensure closure
* Help manage parent and player communication where needed
Skills Required
* Strong organizational and planning ability
* Excellent follow-up and task management skills
* Clear and confident communication
* Ability to coordinate multiple people simultaneously
* Basic understanding of operations management
* Ability to solve practical day-to-day problems quickly
Nice to have:
