Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, order management, and logistics coordination. The role requires strong operational experience, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operational activities
• Handle order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Monitor inventory and ensure smooth supply chain flow
• Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain process efficiency and service quality
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong operations experience
• Logistics handling and coordination
• Order management and follow-ups
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports, data tracking)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• Pharma industry experience – added advantage
