Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Ayodhya. The Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure optimal workflow across teams, and implement best practices for operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring progress against business goals, and resolving operational challenges. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and drive the company’s mission forward.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including experience in workflow optimization and process improvement
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to the finance or housing sector
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for evaluating operational performance
- Prior experience in finance, housing, or a related industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
