Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role located on-site in Pune Division. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities such as planning, implementing, monitoring workflows, and ensuring efficiency within all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include managing quality control, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and building operational strategies aligned with business goals. In addition, you will lead teams, manage vendor relationships, analyze data to improve processes, and directly contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement
- Expertise in Risk Mitigation, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Generation, and Decision-Making
- Experience in Vendor Management and Relationship Building
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in industries like insurance, consulting, or risk management is highly desirable
