Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations at Shandar Interior Pvt Ltd's location in the Pune and Mumbai region. This is an on-site role responsible for planning and managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising project execution. The role also involves managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiencies to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills for overseeing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in resource allocation, financial budgeting, and cost management.
- Knowledge of interior design, MEP processes, civil works, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with quality control standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, architecture, project management, or a related field;
