Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure project deliverables are met, monitor team performance, and manage resources efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and execution of projects, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role will involve optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and consistently meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Proficiency in planning, coordination, and resource allocation
- Experience in project execution, process optimization, and quality control
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Relevant professional or technical certifications in operations management or engineering are a plus
- Prior experience in HVAC or related industries is highly advantageous
