Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Cannanore, with the flexibility to work remotely as required. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure compliance with organizational policies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. This role involves supervising project execution, managing staff performance, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will also participate in implementing digital tools and strategies to improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using digital tools to optimize workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory standards within the insurance or financial sector
- Ability to balance office presence and remote work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable
