Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure team productivity, develop and implement business processes, and work closely with various departments to streamline workflows. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for operational improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires effective collaboration with stakeholders and timely reporting to senior management.
Qualifications

- Experience in developing and optimizing operational processes and handling cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in analyzing data and reporting on operational performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT services industry or a similar field is an added advantage.
