We’re looking for an Operations Manager with 2–4 years of experience in travel
operations to manage day-to-day execution of temple tour packages. This role owns the
complete trip lifecycle—planning, confirmations, vendor coordination, customer
communication, issue resolution, and post-trip closure—with a strong focus on quality
and process discipline.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for customized religious tour packages (itinerary
finalization, bookings, confirmations, documentation, trip support).
- Coordinate and manage vendors: hotels, transport providers, local coordinators,
guides, and other service partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Handle customer communication across the journey: requirement gathering,
pre-trip briefings, updates during travel, and post-trip feedback.

Manage real-time escalations (delays, cancellations, service gaps, customer
emergencies) with calm, structured problem-solving.
- Ensure cost control and profitability: vendor negotiations, rate comparisons,
operational budgeting, and payment coordination.
- Maintain operational accuracy: trackers, checklists, SOP adherence, and service
documentation with good working knowledge of MS Office
- Prepare and manage MIS reports: daily/weekly operational dashboards, booking
status reports, performance summaries, vendor/issue logs.
- Contribute to business growth by improving processes, templates, vendor
network, and service quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in travel operations / tour operations (package
execution preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) with a customer-first
mindset.
- Proficiency in speaking multiple language - Telugu (Mandatory) + at least one
other language (preferably Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam)

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent customization
and tight timelines.
