About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee field and office operations, ensuring seamless project execution and efficient coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end operations, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office and field operations to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
- Oversee project implementation, tender submissions, and AI solution performance reviews with technical teams
- Coordinate with clients, hospitals, and government officials to ensure project alignment
- Support management in acquiring contracts, conducting demonstrations, and monitoring installations
- Supervise regional/state coordinators and field teams
- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure accountability for deliverables
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project status, progress, and operational challenges
- Maintain accurate project and asset data for management review
- Travel frequently to oversee field activities and ensure project quality
- Monitor and support on-ground execution teams to resolve operational issues promptly
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or technology sectors preferred
- Experience working in high-paced operational environments such as logistics or delivery-based organizations is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for project coordination activities
- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred
Compensation
- Salary range based on experience and current CTC
- Approximate range: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable)
