Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Operations Head to lead and streamline end-to-end operational functions across sourcing, manufacturing coordination, clinic operations, supply chain, dispatch, customer support, and vendor management.
The role requires strong operational leadership across healthcare, pharma, nutraceuticals, cold-chain logistics, and multi-location clinic management. The ideal candidate should be highly process-driven, capable of handling cross-functional coordination, and experienced in managing large operational teams at scale.
This role is strictly operational in nature with zero direct selling responsibility
1. Pharma & Nutraceutical Operations
- Lead pharma sourcing and procurement operations
- Manage nutraceutical contract manufacturing partnerships
- Oversee vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance management
- Ensure quality compliance and operational continuity across vendors
- Manage cold-chain operations and temperature-sensitive logistics
2. Clinic Operations Management
- Coordinate operationally with the Head of Clinic Revenue
- Oversee operations for two flagship clinics located in Delhi and Mumbai
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across clinic functions
- Supervise staffing operations, workforce coordination, and process efficiency
3. Supply Chain & Dispatch Operations
- Manage digital order dispatch operations
- Oversee pan-India last-mile delivery coordination
- Ensure timely OTC inventory replenishment
- Handle reverse logistics, returns, and operational escalations
- Drive operational efficiency and fulfillment accuracy
4. Customer Experience & Support Operations
- Lead post-purchase support operations
- Manage customer complaints and escalation handling
- Build strong service recovery and resolution systems
- Maintain high operational service standards and turnaround times
Note:
This team will have zero sales or revenue generation responsibilities. The focus is entirely on operational excellence and customer support.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 members
- Build accountability, SOP adherence, and operational discipline
- Drive performance management and team productivity
- Mentor team leads and create scalable operational structures
Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in operations management
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, nutraceuticals, clinics, wellness, or health-tech preferred
- Experience managing multi-city operations and logistics networks

Preferred Qualifications
