Return On Ideas (ROI) is a pan-India marketing agency specialising in Brand Activations, Retail Branding, Fabrication, Exhibitions, and Events. We deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to on-ground execution ensuring measurable ROI for brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end execution of BTL activations across cities
- Manage on-ground ops: fabrication, branding, installation, manpower
- Own vendor ecosystem (fabricators, printers, promoters)
- Deploy & supervise teams; ensure quality + timelines
- Handle budgets, timelines & P&L
- Solve real-time on-ground challenges
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–8 yrs in BTL / Brand Activation / Experiential agencies
- Proven multi-city execution experience
- Strong, active vendor network across metros
- Hands-on, execution-first mindset; comfortable with travel
Important:
- Hardcore on-ground role. Not for procurement, supply chain, or backend ops profiles.
