Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Tirunelveli. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across departments. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and leading initiatives to improve productivity. Additionally, the role requires fostering a collaborative work environment and effectively communicating with leadership and team members to align goals and achieve operational success.
