Operations Manager - Job Description

We are expanding our operations team and looking for dynamic professionals who can drive end-to-end operational efficiency across our locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Last Mile Operations
• Manage and streamline logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
• Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, installation, and reverse pickup processes.
• Monitor operational efficiency and customer service standards.
Warehouse Operations
• Oversee complete warehouse management including inward/outward movement of inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of products.
• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and operational SOP compliance.
Inventory & Quality Management
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks of furniture and appliances.
• Ensure proper refurbishment and maintenance standards.
Production & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate production and development of new furniture products.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and service quality.
• Ensure timely procurement and operational support from vendors.
Team Management
• Hire, train, and manage ground staff and labour workforce.
• Ensure productivity, discipline, and operational accountability within teams.
• Handle workforce planning and shift management.
Data & System Management
• Maintain accurate operational MIS and system updates.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure process documentation and data accuracy across functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team handling capabilities.
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience in vendor management and ground operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates from logistics, supply chain, furniture, rental, e-commerce, or warehouse operations background will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
