Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, including optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. This role involves setting performance goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing operational data for improvements, and leading teams to fulfill organizational objectives. Additionally, the Operations Manager will collaborate with other departments like finance and HR to ensure streamlined business functions.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
