Role Overview:
RAC is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the execution of our Startup Accelerator programs.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on program delivery, founder coordination, operational systems, and ecosystem events.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-
paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
- Execute accelerator cohorts from onboarding to Demo Day
- Manage program calendars, mentor schedules, and review timelines
- Track startup milestones and program deliverables
- Ensure smooth execution across all cohort activities
Founder & Mentor Coordination
- Serve as the primary operational contact for founders
- Coordinate mentor sessions and follow-ups
- Maintain structured communication across stakeholders
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
Systems & Process Management
- Build and maintain SOPs for accelerator operations
- Manage CRM systems, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Standardize reporting and documentation processes
- Maintain compliance, investment, and equity records
Event & Ecosystem Operations
- Execute workshops, investor connects, and Demo Days
- Manage venue, technical, and session logistics
- Coordinate both virtual and in-person events
Performance Tracking
- Monitor startup and program KPIs
- Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership
- Identify execution gaps and implement improvements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, program management, or startup ecosystem roles
- Experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, or venture ecosystems preferred
- Strong project management and execution skills
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Startup consulting, venture capital operations, or ecosystem building
- Familiarity with cap tables, investment documentation, and milestone-based funding
- Experience working with founders and cross-functional teams
