Prospurts Consulco is a wealth management firm based out of Delhi NCR. We started in 2015 and currently manage more than INR 750 crore across 500+ families. We are a boutique setup with a strong and dedicated team from a rich educational and professional background. Currently, we are looking for an operations manager to join our team to help us in our next phase of our growth.
Job Description / Responsibilities
• To coordinate with clients and advisory team to complete formalities for setting up their investment and other related accounts
• To help clients complete their investment related transactions
• To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work
• To work on MIS and other internal data related to business. Help prepare working documents for advisory team to take over
• Follow up with the clients for pendency and fulfilling their requirement
• Updating the Advisors on the client portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries
• Filling in the required documents for compliance
• To ensure each and every client gets best possible service
Desired Profile of the Candidate
• Experience of 0 – 3 years in same and allied industry
• Must be a Graduate with good communication skills
• Decent computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel, Emailing)
• Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Insurance Industry (not mandatory)
