Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure efficiency across departments, and collaborate with team leads to optimize processes. Key responsibilities include managing supply chain logistics, ensuring quality control, monitoring budgets, and implementing operational strategies to achieve company goals. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in operations management, logistics, and process optimization
• Experience in team management, workforce planning, and leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
• Project management and organizational skills to oversee diverse tasks effectively
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with quality control standards, supply chain management, and cost optimization
• Advanced understanding of data analysis, reporting, and metrics-based decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is advantageous
