Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day event management operations, including planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events. The role involves managing budgets, vendor relationships, client communications, and team collaboration to meet project objectives. The Operations Manager will ensure that operations run smoothly and on time, while continually seeking ways to improve processes for better results.
Qualifications
- Event planning, operations management, and logistics coordination skills
- Proficiency in team leadership, project management, and communication
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimisation
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with event production technology and software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Prior relevant experience in event management or hospitality will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have 10+years of experience
- Salary 12LPA
