Operations Manager – Hyderabad
(Base: Hyderabad)
Salary: ₹4.5 – 5 LPA + Petrol Allowance
We are looking for a driven, field-focused Operations Manager who can lead from the front and deliver operational excellence. If you have strong experience in Pest Control Operations and are ready to grow with a fast-moving company — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✔ Streamlining operations and service processes
✔ Leading and managing Operations Executives & Technicians
✔ Ensuring 100% service delivery and client satisfaction
✔ Handling customer complaints with effective resolution
✔ Managing technician planning & scheduling
✔ Monitoring reports, chemical usage & compliance
✔ Handling client audits and maintaining standards
✔ Tracking invoices and ensuring timely billing
✔ Following up on collections and outstanding payments
✔ Meeting branch revenue and collection targets
✔ Acquiring new business and expanding client base
✔ Handling renewals of all key accounts
✔ Reporting day-to-day operations directly to the CEO
