🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
Pawmax is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Operations Manager to streamline processes, manage day-to-day operations, and support cross-functional teams as we scale our platform.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business functioning
Improve and implement operational processes & workflows
Track performance, identify gaps, and drive process efficiency
Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution
Manage resources, budgets, and operational costs
Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
Resolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvement
Lead and support the operations team
🛠What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in operations / admin / similar roles
Strong problem-solving and execution skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup
Good understanding of process management & coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
