Weāre now looking for someone who can own execution like a COO and obsess over customer experience.
⨠This is not a typical ops role.
This is a high-ownership, founderās office kind of role where you will:
⢠Ensure every order flows seamlessly (system ā kitchen ā delivery)
⢠Manage inventory, costs, and daily execution
⢠Solve problems before they become fires
⢠Turn customers into loyal advocates
šÆ What youāll own:
⢠End-to-end order execution (zero chaos, zero errors)
⢠Inventory & supply planning
⢠Cost control & efficiency
⢠Customer experience & retention
⢠Escalations and delight moments

⢠Is extremely detail-oriented and proactive
⢠Thinks in systems, not just tasks
⢠Can handle pressure without dropping the ball
⢠Deeply cares about customer experience
