Role Description
We're looking for an Operations Manager who will be the operational backbone of PartsNow. You'll own the full order lifecycle — from the moment a workshop places a request to the moment parts land at their doorstep. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and deeply trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily orders on the internal portal
- Reach out to multiple vendors, collect quotes, compare and negotiate pricing and terms
- Execute procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate delivery and handle exceptions — delays, returns, wrong parts
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and records on Tally
- Track inventory and flag stockout risks before they become problems
- Prepare weekly ops reports and management decks in Excel and PowerPoint
- Build and improve SOPs as the business scales
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in operations, procurement, or supply chain (auto industry experience preferred)
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiator with good vendor communication skills
- Organized, honest, and proactive — you fix problems before they're flagged
- Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English
