Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Ghaziabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, and managing team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing resources, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The individual will also focus on fostering team collaboration, monitoring project timelines, and driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
Qualifications
- B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 year experience.
- Proficiency in operations management, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific operational best practices
- Prior experience in the same infrastructure industry is must
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Google must
