What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end captain operational processes for the Hyderabad market, driving efficiency across delivery captain workflows
- Identify and solve operational problems in a structured, first-principles way
- Build and iterate on processes from scratch — comfort with 0→1 problem solving is essential
- Spend meaningful time on the ground to gather direct feedback from captains
- Monitor market dynamics and competition, and translate observations into actionable decisions
- Use data to surface insights, track KPIs, and flag anomalies before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong bias for action with structured thinking — you move fast but don't cut corners on clarity
- Comfortable owning manual process flows and building SOPs where none exist
- Data-driven mindset; can independently pull, analyse, and present data without always needing support
- Fluent in Telugu or Hindi (preferred for local stakeholder management)
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for self-serve analysis
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Ground-up problem solver with an ownership mentality
