OMAY is looking for a Head of Operations.
Remote, full-time. Someone who makes sure things happen — inventory, manufacturers, fulfilment, the daily work of running a small brand well.
Not a strategy hire. Not a marketing hire. The person who owns execution.
For you if:
— You have 4-8 years of D2C or fashion operations experience
— You think in checklists and follow-ups, not decks
— You care about details other people find boring
— You can build processes where none exist yet
Not for you if you need a large team to manage. This is an IC role.
