🚀 Hiring: Operations Manager | Managed Workspaces | Indore
At Nexus Spaces, we’re building Indore’s next generation of premium managed office environments. As we scale, we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can own center performance, elevate client experience, and drive operational excellence on-ground.
📍 Location: Indore
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🔑 Role Mandate:
- Lead end-to-end center operations across managed workspaces
- Deliver best-in-class client experience (onboarding → retention)
- Own facility management, vendor performance, and service standards
- Optimize occupancy, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs
- Ensure seamless handovers with sales, leasing, and design teams
- Maintain compliance, safety, and audit readiness
- Act as the single-point escalation owner for clients

- Experience in coworking / managed offices / hospitality / real estate operations
- Strong vendor management and team leadership capability
- High ownership with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
