Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency
- Handle customer queries and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Lead and manage the operations team, including performance tracking and support
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless service delivery
- Oversee project delivery timelines, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with tech, delivery, and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Prepare reports and MIS for management review
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in handling vendors, customers, and project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of SOP creation and process optimization
