Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Kerala, India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest services and optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staff management, implementing and maintaining operational standards, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, managing budgets, and optimizing profitability. Additionally, the individual will identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service
- Experience in operational planning, process optimization, and efficient resource management
- Expertise in customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and handle any escalations
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate team collaboration and address challenges effectively
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a hospitality setting
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management will be highly advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and willingness to work flexible hours when needed
