Main responsibilities:
Developing operations strategy and enhancement of supply chain capabilities supporting the business strategy Having experience in managing and improving health, safety and environmental standards with exposure in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance ) Work closely with Asia Pacific and rest of the region to grow the EMS Business Strong acumen on 80\20 thinks with Strong Operational Excellence background (LEAN, SIX SIGMA) Implement process to effectively control cost of Quality and QMS (Quality management system) Ensure Customer Satisfaction by order fulfillment on-time, at the required quality levels with exposure to APQP would be added advantage. Multicultural background with experience in working with Global community. Management and co-ordination of the purchase process and the supply base. Including strategic make-/buy-decisions and continuous development of supply chain capabilities to improve supply chain performance. Improve and effectively manage Employee relationship inside the Organization. Identify and develop Business process capabilities in line with Moog’s business strategy. Implement effective Material and capacity planning in line with Customers demand and drive Oliver Wight IBP process. Develop and publish Industrial Key performance indicators and report regularly to management on business performance. Improve cash flow by improving inventory turn ratio. Improve OPBS by working closely with functional heads in reducing overheads. Maintain and develop CAPEX plan to support Operations.

- Approval of Leave, PR, PO, Contracts, OPEX/CAPEX as per authorization matrix of MCIPL.
- Performance Management of his team members.
Qualifications
Education/degree
- A relevant Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Certified MBB in Lean & Six Sigma or Black belt
Work experience
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in operations and manufacturing which includes at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Operations Management role & Business development role, with considerable people management and Industrial Relation responsibilities.
- Experience working for a global/multinational company is desirable
- Proven background in lean production, process improvement tools, Six Sigma, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 or AS9100, and ISO14000
