We are a mutual fund distribution firm looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day back-office functions and ensure smooth client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process mutual fund transactions — purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations
- Maintain and update client KYC records and documentation
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), and the compliance team for transaction follow-ups
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Comfortable with written English
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a client-first attitude
