As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can lead our field operations, ensure outstanding service delivery, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations.
* Plan and oversee security guard deployment to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to maintain service quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and complaints.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate field officers, supervisors, and security personnel.
* Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, client requirements, and industry standards.
* Coordinate closely with the HR team regarding manpower planning, recruitment, and staff replacements.
* Monitor attendance, discipline, shift management, and overall workforce performance.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
* Respond effectively to emergencies and provide immediate operational support whenever required.

Required Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Operations Management within the Security Services or Facility Management industry.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple client sites, field teams, and security personnel.
* Experience handling Residential Societies (RWA), Corporate Offices, Industrial Facilities, Commercial Sites, Schools, or Hospitals will be highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
* Excellent client relationship and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Graduation is desirable; however, candidates with exceptional industry experience will be given higher priority.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
