1) Motivational leadership towards setting and achieving the company’s goals.
2) Responsible for smooth multilocation plant operations
3) To co-ordinate between Customer requirements and order execution and ensure smooth
operations.
4) To focus on Productivity of all tangible and human resources and ensure that their will not be
stoppage of production in any circumstances.
5) To optimize capacity utilization and enhancement wherever required.
6) To co-ordinate between Production and Maintenance towards minimal stoppage and optimum
quality.
7) To monitor effectiveness of factory expenses and to opt new practices to control the same.
8) To develop and implement of systems across functions and make work more System orientated
rather than men oriented.
9) To have close liaison between all factory departments.
10) Responsible for the entire production of the organization.
11) To prepare a monthly production plan in coordination with PPC, Purchase & Store department.
12) To Estimate monthly manpower requirement and inform HR. Monitor & review manpower
availability on a weekly basis.
13) To create a visible display system for monitoring shop floor parameters like production
dashboards, Safety/ cleanliness posters.
14) To focus, launch and implement continuous improvement initiatives like lean management,
5S, Kaizen, safety & suggestion schemes, etc.
15) To review & submit MIS for the plant on a timely basis.
16) To monitor & implement budgets for the plant, ensure production as per target & plan
17) Ensure correctness & timeliness of set processes, documents, ERP masters, etc. & no shortcuts/
deviation on the shop floor.
