🚨 We’re Hiring | Operations Manager 🚨
Designation Titles: Manager Operation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Probation Period: 3 Months
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Operations work
Compensation: 2.4 - 3.6LPA
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
2. Ensure timely execution of purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP/STP/SWP transactions, Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs.
3. Monitor compliance and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and ensure accuracy in records.
4. Manage client servicing activities including account opening, KYC, and documentation.
5. Prepare MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for internal and client requirements.
6. Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements and automation.
Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and mutual fund transaction platforms.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
3. Excellent coordination skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Goal-oriented, with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Annual CTC: As per experience & industry standards
