Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the seamless management and delivery of Loco Bear’s entertainment and hospitality services. Responsibilities include staff supervision, optimizing operational efficiency, implementing safety standards, and managing customer experiences. The role also involves coordinating events, monitoring budgets, maintaining quality standards in all areas, and addressing operational challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in facilities management, logistics, and operational planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of customer service principles and guest experience enhancement
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial performance
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, event-driven environment with variable schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
