We're looking for a Manager – Operations who will be the backbone of our Coaching & Mentoring experience.
Role Description
End-to-end program operations across our university cohorts
→ Onboarding & managing industry leaders, facilitators & faculty
→ Building and nurturing relationships with XLRI, IIMC & partner institutions
→ Driving learner engagement through smart communication (email, WhatsApp, live sessions)
→ Creating insight-rich program reports for leadership
→ Developing proposals for institutional & corporate partnerships
Qualifications
1-3 years in EdTech, Higher Education, or L&D — non-negotiable
Exceptional communication skills — you'll be interacting with CXOs, IIM & XLRI faculty, and senior industry leaders regularly
Someone who can hold their own in a boardroom AND manage ground-level ops
Experience managing high-stakes academic or leadership programs
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (in-person role)
