Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance business efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments, addressing guest feedback, and collaborating with senior management to achieve operational goals and advance the hotel's competitive position.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational planning abilities
- Experience in hotel operations, facility management, and customer service
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and local regulations
- Experience in sales, marketing, and guest engagement strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous managerial experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
