The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
- Multi-Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of 6 physical locations, ensuring standardized processes for student enrollment, facility maintenance, and local staff management.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for both online and offline course delivery to improve efficiency and reduce overhead.
- Financial Management: Manage annual and quarterly budgets for individual branches, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of educational equipment, digital hardware, and facility infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Academic team to ensure curriculum delivery and the Marketing team to hit enrollment targets across all regions.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs for each branch, including student retention rates, facility utilization, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Vendor & Facility Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors (tech infrastructure, cleaning, security) and manage lease/maintenance agreements for all physical sites.
- Budgeting: Manage the operational budget for all branches, focusing on cost-reduction strategies without compromising the student experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Operations Management, preferably within the EdTech, Hospitality, or Retail sectors. Experience managing multiple physical locations is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project management tools (Asana/Slack).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable operational improvements.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse teams across different geographic locations.
