Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our platform, ensuring smooth coordination across departments such as real estate, marketplace, and customer service. Key responsibilities include process optimization, team management, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. The role also involves vendor management, resource allocation, and implementing strategies for operational growth.

- Team Leadership, Resource Allocation, and Performance Monitoring expertise
- Vendor Management and Procurement Coordination
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable to dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in operational tools and platforms; familiarity with AI-powered solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
