We’re hiring an Operations Manager at Krawl.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on to manage the day-to-day backend operations of the brand. This role is for someone who can keep things moving smoothly across orders, dispatch, inventory, customer issues, and backend coordination. We’re looking for a strong executor who can take ownership of operations and bring structure to a fast-moving startup environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day backend operations of the brand
- Oversee order processing and ensure smooth order flow from confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate dispatches and work closely with courier/delivery partners
- Track delayed, stuck, and lost parcels and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Handle exchanges and support resolution of order-related customer issues
- Manage COD reconciliations and backend payment-related coordination
- Coordinate invoice-related backend work and operational documentation
- Maintain and update trackers for orders, exchanges, dispatches, and pending issues
- Oversee inventory tracking, stock counting, and stock coordination
- Ensure physical stock and backend/system stock are aligned
- Monitor low stock items and flag replenishment requirements on time
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth movement of orders and stock
- Keep daily workflows organised and ensure pending tasks are closed on time
- Identify operational gaps and help improve systems and processes as the brand grows
