A leading Sports Management Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sports management or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute sports tournaments and league competitions.
- Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure the successful delivery of events.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with sports associations, officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, investors, and business partners.
- Ensure smooth event logistics, scheduling, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- A Diploma or Degree in Sports Management will be an added advantage.
- Age: Around 35 years.
Location: Kochi (Ernakulam) / Thiruvananthapuram
