Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Prantij. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including planning, organizing, and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities include managing teams, overseeing logistics, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Operations Manager will also collaborate across departments to drive business objectives and manage performance metrics to ensure operational success.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proven abilities in operations planning, logistics, and process optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry practices in staffing, recruitment, and HR processes is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and manage cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations management, especially within HR services, is a plus
