Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, including managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves resource planning, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with company policies, and building professional relationships with clients to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in project planning, team coordination, and operational management
- Experience in IT systems integration, cybersecurity, or similar technical domains
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client requirements to deliver effective, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions
- Proficiency in using tools and practices relevant to IT operations and security solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Located in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
- Experience with certifications from vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware is a plus
