About Divina Hospitality
Divina Hospitality is a growing multi-brand hospitality company operating across cloud kitchens and dine-in formats. With multiple brands under active expansion, we are focused on building strong operational systems, consistent food quality, and scalable backend processes across all outlets.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can lead food business operations end-to-end and help bring structure, discipline, and execution strength across the company.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across outlets, central kitchen coordination, team management, process implementation, and overall operational efficiency.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing fast-moving food operations while maintaining quality, speed, hygiene, and consistency.
The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and lead execution across kitchen operations, manpower coordination, inventory management, vendor coordination, and outlet performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across all outlets and kitchen units
• Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, packaging, and customer experience
• Monitor outlet performance, order flow, dispatch efficiency, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with kitchen teams, shift managers, and central kitchen staff
• Build and implement SOPs across outlets and backend operations
• Track food costs, wastage, inventory movement, and operational leakages
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth procurement and supply flow
• Support outlet launches, setup execution, and operational readiness
• Identify gaps in processes and work towards operational improvements
• Ensure smooth functioning during peak hours and resolve on-ground issues quickly
• Work closely with founders on expansion execution and backend structuring
• Help build scalable operational systems for future growth and franchise readiness
Skills & Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in food business, QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of kitchen and outlet operations
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Good understanding of inventory, food costing, and process management
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable handling multiple outlets and teams simultaneously
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and operational reporting
• Hospitality or food business background preferred
