Role Description
At Jindal Speciality Chemicals The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and growth. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves managing supply chain processes, leading cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with standards, and streamlining workflows to achieve business goals. The role also requires a close collaboration with other departments to drive productivity and align operations with corporate objectives.

- Operations Management and Process Optimization skills
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Team Leadership and Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Compliance Standards and Quality Assurance
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and ERP software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus
